Soothing Shells for Trauma Dissociation

Having something tangible to hold onto and bring you back into your body is so great when you feel dissociated. Dissociation is when your body gets overwhelmed by traumatic symptoms and you start to feel dizzy, dreamlike, and fuzzy. It's not a fun feeling. This week, we are making soothing shells, which is a version of a soothing stone, to help combat trauma symptoms of dissociation.
